The summer is flying by

Before I know it, September 19th will be here and it will be time for me to go. I’m really looking forward to my trip to Peru. I wish I could go for a longer period of time. My plan is to do this and then hopefully plan better for next year and be able to commit to a longer term. I got my second round of shots this week. So far I’ve gotten vaccinations for Tetanus, Typhoid, and Hep A/B. One more round and I will be good to go. Yesterday, I made sure that my passport information was all in order. I think I am about 75% ready to go. I have plenty of time though and I know its all going to get done. I have heard some scary stories about adjusting to the altitude out there. My Dr. gave me some medication so hopefully I wont have that problem. I’m gonna start my to-do list hopefully this weekend. I want to have everything set by mid-August so that I can have a month to just be excited and not stressed out. That’s the plan, we’ll see what happens….
